I have made it. Today I have made a healthy and tasty drink recipe with Delicious and healthy banana smoothie. I hope you like it.

Today I have made a very tasty and healthy drink. This drink is not only delicious to eat but also very good and beneficial for health. Because it contains many healthy things. It is made with many healthy things. Which are very beneficial for our body. I have made this drink with all the ingredients that our body needs to survive in daily life. In this, I have used various types of healthy things such as banana, milk, dates, oats. The ingredients are very beneficial for our body. Banana is a very beneficial fruit that quickly increases energy in our body and helps in digestion.

What else can I say about the benefits of milk. We all know how much benefit milk has on our body. Drinking milk helps in the formation and repair of our body and milk plays a role in the formation of bones in the body. It does a very important job and that is that dates help in the production of blood in our body. It also helps in digestion. Dates are also used as natural sugar. In addition, oats are very beneficial for our body, especially if eaten for breakfast, it keeps the stomach full for a long time and gradually provides energy. Apart from this, cholesterol is controlled through oats. Now you can understand how this drink is made with ingredients full of nutrients. By drinking it, you will get a lot of energy throughout the day.

Ingredients

Oats -3 tablespoons
Sugar-1 tablespoon

How to make:-

Step 1

First, I took the dates. I cleaned them thoroughly and took out the date seeds.

Then I took several bananas and cut them into small pieces with a knife.

Because I have to run outside all day and work, so if I can eat something healthy and get something healthy, then my body will have energy and the ability to work all day. That is why I thought of making a smoothie with bananas, which will have all the healthy ingredients and by eating it, I will stay strong all day. That is why I made the smoothie, what can I say about the fact that it was so delicious to eat after making it. I especially liked the flavor of oats. And we all ate this delicious banana smoothie together for breakfast. The kids also like the flavor of oats very much. If you want, you can also add this delicious banana smoothie to your breakfast.
