Friends, in today's times, you must have noticed that there is an abundance of motivational videos available on YouTube. In fact, you might even come across people who watch numerous such videos on a daily basis. While they do feel motivated in the moment they are watching these videos, they fail to take any concrete action based on that motivation or bring about any actual changes in their lives. Consequently, their situation ends up being exactly as depicted in the meme below.

Friends, during the summer season, power cuts are quite frequent. These outages are not merely momentary; often, they persist for hours on end. Consequently, whenever it is the weekend—and you have planned to stay indoors to watch something—if the power goes out and remains off for a prolonged period, you are left with no choice but to wait it out. After all, people generally tend to avoid going outside during the hot summer days and prefer to spend their time at home.

Friends, if you work in the corporate sector, you have likely experienced this as well: often, when you receive your appointment letter, it specifies working hours—typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, if we look at the reality of the situation, this is rarely the case; quite often, you end up having to stay from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM. This is a common occurrence in many companies, where working hours are simply not fixed.

Friends, you must have worked on group projects during your college days as well. A single class is often divided into several groups, each tasked with working on a different project. Now, while there are some groups where every member contributes equally, there are others where a single individual shoulders the entire responsibility, while the remaining members simply sit back and relax.

Friends, you must have experienced this yourselves: sometimes you make plans for the weekend—perhaps to go out somewhere or do something else—but often, right on the last working day, an urgent request comes in from a client regarding a task. Consequently, you end up having to work even on your day off. This completely ruins your entire plan; even if the work takes only a few hours, in a way, your day off is wasted nonetheless.
