Let's start with the first meme

Friends, if you work in the corporate sector, you've probably experienced this. Some bosses only look out for their own benefit and don't think much about their employees. This is especially true in places where they know that finding new employees is easy, and they take advantage of this. This meme illustrates this situation by presenting a boss with two options, and he's struggling to decide which one to choose. One option is to hire more staff, and the other is to make the existing staff work even harder.

Salary is something that people believe should be kept private. You shouldn't tell anyone your salary, nor should you ask anyone about theirs. Sometimes, you're already struggling in life and finally manage to find a job, but the salary isn't particularly good. In such a situation, you feel a little awkward about revealing your salary. Now, imagine you meet a relative whose children earn a very good salary. If they suddenly start asking you about your salary, your reaction is likely to be something like this, and you just want to disappear from the situation or ignore their questions.

The three types of dragons shown here represent the personalities of three different types of offices, illustrating the kinds of personalities found in each. You've probably seen this in many places and perhaps even experienced it yourself. First, there's the office personality where a lot of work is demanded. Initially, you're told you'll have a fixed number of working hours, but gradually the workload increases so much that you don't have time for personal life. The second type of office personality involves underpaying employees. People don't receive the salary they deserve, and this is commonly seen in many offices where employees are paid less than their skills warrant. Then there's the third personality type, where employees are mentally checked out. This means they don't want to be there but are forced to stay due to circumstances.

This next meme is also related to the corporate world. And you all must have experienced this too. When you go for an interview, everyone treats you very well at first, and their behavior is pleasant. But gradually, as you start working under a manager, their behavior becomes incredibly strange when it comes to work, as you all probably know. This is what is depicted here through a meme.

Friends, there are many managers who appreciate their employees' work and give them due credit. However, there are some managers who get all the work done by their team members, but when it comes to taking credit, they claim it entirely for themselves. The worst part is that they praise themselves and boast about their accomplishments as if they had done all the work themselves.
