Phillies have now won four straight! Look to secure a series victory tonight @ Reds
The Phillies keep on rolling, and the Mets keep on losing. I am more than ok with how these events are proceeding LOL. Yesterday the Phillies once again woke up late in the game and got the job done. They were down 1-0 for like 90 percent of the game but they scored FOUR in the eighth starting with a Weston Wilson double to tie it up. Schwarber later hit his 42nd homer to stretch the lead. The offense has been insanely clutch late in ball games.
Also, I am really starting to wonder, is Taijuan Walker back to his 2023 self? He has been really steady the past two or so months! This is an awesome development and will only make Aaron Nola's return and the playoffs more interesting...
Ranger Suárez on the mound tonight for Game 2 in Cincinnati. The Reds are desperate for wins so this will be interesting. Can the Phillies win five straight? That would be epic.
With the Sixers and Titans having likely rough seasons upcoming (we shall see) I am REALLY enjoying watching the Phillies dominate.
