It's been such a memorable rookie season for The Machine. It's been everything he could have wished for! The future is BRIGHT!
He's been stacking great games together in a big way. Against the Raptors he started off hitting nine consecutive shots!
He ultimately finished with:

🌎My Thoughts on the Sports World Today🌎
In the real world, personally I've been beyond stressed and I know I say that often but, holy mother of God has it been borderline nightmarish. So yeah I've fallen off a cliff in regards to my Phillies and A's posts but it is what it is. In general those posts are probably going to be on hold for the foreseeable future. The Phillies are looking great, and the A's are collapsing.
At least I have my 'The Machine' posts!
Anyway yeah, in the real sports world, there's been a lot happening.
The NBA has had a ton of trades.
Jaylen Brown was traded by the Celtics to my Sixers for Paul George and some picks! INSANE stuff! This is HUGE for the Sixers and many can't actually compute what the Celtics were thinking. As a Sixers fan I'm pumped! Jaylen Brown with Tyrese Maxey and V.J. Edgecombe is pretty dangerous enough. If Joel Embiid can be healthy enough somehow....this could be EPIC.
Giannis Antetokounmpo joined the Heat which is meh in my opinion. I love Giannis but the Heat traded away a TON of players for him. I feel like Giannis will be in the same position that he was in with the Bucks, we'll see.
LaMelo Ball was traded to the Timberwolves and now the Timberwolves could have a scary guard duo with Anthony Edwards! They're both very much just entering their prime which is pretty wild to think about. It's up to them to maximize that potential.
Kawhi Leonard was traded back to the Raptors. Kawhi won a championship in Toronto a handful of years ago, I'm curious to see how that goes. Kawhi is older now, and a bit injury prone but, it would be a really interesting story if the team can get back to greatness with Kawhi leading the way. The Raptors have the still young and growing Scottie Barnes to pair alongside Kawhi which seems very intriguing.
Conor McGregor and Max Holloway fight TOMORROW and it's going to be amazing. The wise money is obviously on Max, but I find it interesting that Conor is being overlooked. The fight is to take place at 170 pounds which may favor Conor by a shade. Additionally, Max showed holes in his wrestling recently and Conor had success grappling Max in their first fight many years ago.
Conor does have pure power that Max does not have. Max has a lot more quickness and a ton more cardio, and he's just very elusive. This is actually a pretty strange fight to predict really. Conor seems locked in more than he has in awhile, and I feel like he senses his MMA mortality approaching quick. For that reason, this maybe is the most dangerous version of Conor we've seen in awhile.
But if Max finds a groove....yikes. It could get ugly for Conor.
These two are a fascinating matchup, they both have clear yet sort of opposite ways to win. Conor is well known to gas out in many of his fights, but if he does have more in the tank than we all think... This may be an amazing battle!
Conor is still the face of the sport, I'm glad to see him back!
The MLB All-Star Game is very soon! It's in my area, if I wasn't broke as a joke it'd be cool to go!
The NFL will be here before we know it too, I'll be unavailable to talk about it much for the early portion of the year but, I will still catch much of the season.
