Journey of The Machine - Full Playlist

The Sixers visited the Detroit Pistons and Cade Cunningham in Michigan and got absolutely cooked. Deep fried. Seared. It's been a good rookie season, but there's still growing pains and learning to do! I'm sure The Machine and Cade will meet again!

His stats from the game:

  • 11 points, 1 rebound, 4 assists
  • Teammate Grade: C+

🌎My Thoughts on the Sports World Today🌎

In the real world, the NBA Finals are underway, the UFC rolls on, the NFL has had some big trades, and the MLB is approaching the halfway mark of the season.

The NBA Finals have been excellent! I'm really happy for the Knicks and how they're up 2-0 over the Spurs. That Knicks team is really making a great statement. I respect pretty much that whole roster. I like how they play together, they have a good wisdom and competitive fire that I appreciate. The East is proving that they're not as weak as everyone thinks. Of course the Spurs had to face stiffer competition and longer series prior to these Finals but, it's still interesting.

The series is still not over, but the vibes and momentum feels substantially in favor of the Knicks. They seem tougher, more experienced. Victor Wembanyama is really getting handled by Karl-Anthony Towns, Towns is too strong and skilled and focused right now, and Jalen Brunson is looking like Kobe Bryant in some ways.

I am beginning to get the impression that the Spurs and Victor Wembanyama thought the hardest part of their journey was over after the Thunder series.

I shouldn't write off anyone yet, but I think the Knicks may be Champions soon. Maybe even by the time I make another 'The Machine' blog! If the Knicks sweep the Spurs, this could certainly be the most dominant run of all-time! The Knicks haven't lost since Round 1! Phew, exciting stuff! Of course if the Spurs turn it around, a whole different conversation will have to be had.

But I favor the Knicks right now! This is a super intriguing Finals!

In the UFC, a Fight Night is happening as I write this. Belal Muhammad and Gabriel Bonfim are in the main event. I think Belal wins. Bryce Mitchell just won which I'm happy about!

UFC Freedom 250 is going to be absolutely electric!!! Legendary times! The whole card is excellent. Ilia Topuria is probably going to beat Justin Gaethje unfortunately. But I really hope Justin wins! Josh Hokit is fighting Derrick Lewis too, unbelievable!

So many good fights! In front of the White House! Too cool.

In the NFL, Myles Garrett was traded to the Rams. That's scary and depressing for the rest of the NFL. A lot of pressure on Garrett now though!

A.J. Brown was traded to the Patriots. I notice a lot of Eagles fans and players complaining or sort of being oddly passive aggressive about A.J. I personally think that people are ungrateful in regards to A.J. The guy is a beast and as soon as he arrived to Philly, Philly started winning, and winning a lot. I don't think that's a coincidence!

In the MLB, superstar Aaron Judge is going to be out for four to six weeks due to a stress fracture in his rib! That's kinda wild, I've never heard of a stress fracture in the ribs! I hope he heals well, the sport is better with Judge healthy. Not only is he elite, he's a good dude from what I understand.

The sports world never sleeps, till next time!
