November 2nd, 2024 vs Memphis Grizzlies

It was another decent night in the Machine's rookie season as the years rolls into November. The Grizzlies posed an interesting challenge, Ja Morant was seriously cooking the Machine and the Sixers, but they got it done in a competitive 112-104 victory.

The Machine finished with:

• 11 Points, 2 Rebounds, 3 Assists
• Teammate Grade: B+

He also made some substantial Badge progress after the game! It is a real grind, but soon enough The Machine will be on the path towards greatness!

🌎My Thoughts on the Sports World Today🌎

In the real world, the NFL offseason is progressing quick, fast, and in a hurry. It's wild to me that the Bengals haven't signed defensive end Trey Hendrickson. Joe Burrow has even stated that it is a distraction for their team. The Bengals are in an interesting spot since they paid Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase, AND Tee Higgins. Nevertheless, I still feel like greed is at the center of all of this, mostly on the side of the Bengals. Try to pay the man, or let him go it's that simple in my opinion. Sign someone else. I'm on the players' side eighty percent of the time and this time feels no different. Trey seems to be a solid locker room guy, he just shows up and plays. I don't get it. I admit I haven't looked into the Bengals finances too deeply, but I also heard they are giving a rookie a hard time as well with a contract. Just weird.

I learned Aaron Rodgers has some very interesting playoff incentives in his new contract with the Steelers. I don't really picture Rodgers as much of a winner whatsoever, so his willingness to have those incentives in his deal is rather eyebrow raising. We'll see how it goes for him this upcoming season.

Tomorrow is Game Three of the NBA Finals! Can't wait! Will probably have more to say about that tomorrow.
