Hello everyone

We all were once a newbie on hive. Same was my condition, i even joined Hive with totally zero knowledge about it. I was like what is happening around and what even is hive. Where i landed man! But as the time passed, i began to learn.



Literally, this depicts my condition when it was my first day on hive. What is hive, what is ecency, what is peakd, what is hive power, what is hbd and even who is Ahmad. Lol. It was all so much confusing and thank god i didn't blew my mind in thinking about all this stuff. But now, things are bit easy and understandable.



Powerup day

So, we all know that today is #hpud which is famously known as hive power up day and it is of really importance on hive. Well, the first task for me was to think about how much should i power up.



I reached my hive friends asking about how much should i power up. There were different suggestions everyone was provided with. But the one suggestion i got most was power up with all you have in the account. So, after thinking so much i decided to power up my all hive.

Well, the next thing was to convert tokens from HBD.



Well, for this thing i must be really thankful to ecency frontend as they made it real easy by launching the token swap option. First we had to wait for about 3.5 days and after that our convert request was accomplished. But now with the token swap option we can swap HBD with hive in just few seconds.



I swapped about 24.something HBD which gave me 78 hive and i had already 4 hive which i won from some contests. So it made a total of 82 hive. Woah! It is a lot of hive for a guy like me who is actually powering up for the first time. I happily powered up and felt so much energy.



Strong feelings

Hey no! Em not talking about the love feelings. Lol. Em talking about the real strong feelings which occurred inside me after powering up.



As we all know that when we power up our account gets a strong support. It really boosts our account. That is why i have heard of that whenever you power up it makes you strong on hive. This made me happy and i felt really strong inside me. Who won't feel strong when he/she makes progress no matter what the thing is. Progress makes us strong.

Aha and final thing, which i really want is...



Increased VP enable us to spread more love and support to fellow hivers. Who are trying hard and providing their best on hive. I sometimes see people who are doing really good but getting no support that is why i just want to grow as soon as possible so that i can go hunt for good content and support it. I was a curator for HIVE PAKISTAN but it was a curation period of one week. And in that week i hunt for good contents.
