Is this the best time to stake more hive tokens?

As this month is about to end, this is the time to review the progress of my Hive journey. I have more than 13k staked Hive and I am about to cross 14k soon. Also, Hive price is below $0.3. So, should I power down or consider about staking more Hive tokens on #hivepud?
