We are living an era of social media which is full of interaction and requires content creation. Most of us spend too much time on social media. Spending of time is a problem but there is another problem and that is to find a content to post. Social media platforms push us to interact as much as possible and to create content which is the medium of getting responses from the friends and followers etc.

But it is very difficult for an average user to create so much content. It becomes very challenging to imagine, then plan and execute. It puts lots of burden on people who wish to get attention, rewards and fan following. Once you fail to write a post or make comment on others' posts, you loose your fans, followers and eventually rewards. It becomes like a digital fainting for you. So you have to write continuously to get recognized and become an active user. Social media platforms like Facebook, Insta or web3 media like hive, steemit are the same. You can't afford to die from the virtual world because you had worked so hard to get a few fans. This makes you to write or create something all the time. But there is a limitation of your imagination, creativity and enthusiasm. In order to create people take help of plagiarism and AI contents. This makes situation worse. They are caught and punished. This leads to frustration and a sense of losing everything.

This is a big problem. That's why digital detoxing is a must in this virtual world. You must abstain from social media for a considerable time. You must be ready to lose every benefits. There is no other way around. It may help you to feel better.
