Hello beautiful people of the Afri-tunes community. It’s your boy @akwash360, and for this week’s rendition, I’ll be doing a cover of the song “Watarana” by Sir Billy. It’s an amazing Hausa song with a deep and powerful meaning. The message of the song reminds us to make good use of the time we have now, because someday we will cease to exist. That’s the reality of life. A generation has lived before us, and today they are no more. In the same way, as we live today, one day we too will be gone. This makes it important to use every opportunity we have now wisely.

I must also commend everyone who contributed to the production of this beautiful piece. The overall output is incredible. Starting with the lead vocal; I must say he is truly talented. His smooth and captivating voice complemented the song perfectly. As for the songwriting, I really admire the effort. He did an excellent job writing and composing such a meaningful song that continues to inspire many. He is indeed a gifted songwriter, and I commend him greatly.

The backup singers and instrumentalists also did exceptionally well in their roles. The backup singers clearly understood their parts and delivered them professionally, without any clashes or errors. They were simply outstanding. Likewise, the instrumentalists showcased remarkable talent and professionalism, producing a sound that left me in awe. I’m honestly proud of their performance.
