Rising Star Meme #104 - Packs Over Cards...?

Recently, I've noticed some significant market shifts that are worth mentioning in the game. One might not bat an eye, but here's a breakdown:
Disclaimer
These are just a bunch of thoughts (and speculations, if you will) on my part and by no means any sort of financial advice (feel free to research and confirm these points). Also, I wouldn't be diving too deep into any of these points as it would take hours of writing and that'd be too much of a hassle and outside the scope of a mere 'meme'.
The Packs
As you know, there are a couple of pack flippers (with big bags, of course) out there and they search packs for rare cards and recycle the unnecessary ones and repeat the whole cycle. It revolves around entirely different mechanics of the game (which I'm not familiar with because of my small bag) and would need its own playstyle.
Whether it's profitable or not, I haven't researched yet as it requires some market insight (which, honestly, I'm too lazy to investigate lol), but the POINT is that if you're buying packs one by one... well, you're playing a losing game.
That 17% off on the [12 Packs for 100K STARBITS] option makes all the difference. Back then it was highly profitable to recycle and flip packs/cards as there was simply not much competition in the said field, but now, it's a bit different, and don't wanna meddle with those guys lol
The only takeaway is to save up for the 100K option "IF" you're going for that.
The Cards
As for the cards, there have been some major changes:
Previously, 50 STARBITS per fan was the average, you could get that for much cheaper (almost 40) even if you were lucky enough! And that was the Rare cards being so cheap. But now, the lowest it has gotten in the last few days (at least, as far as I've seen) is 60! That, and the fact that the said price was from a Common card!
It's also worthy to note that the instrument prices are more or less the same. They might have dropped for some instrument types, which makes instrument pulls worse than ever, lmao! But makes getting Lucks to 'heal' Music Lessons much easier.
Conclusion
It seems that the general crowd favors Fans much more than Lucks (not sure it's good or bad, tho), but I guess the fact that the Fan prices have increased, and Luck has gone down (or even stayed the same) favors buying packs more than shopping for cards - as long as you get fewer instruments and the instruments you get are the same type as your main Music Lesson :))
Stay safe and keep slaying those packs lol
Cheers~
