I recall Babylon 5 did something like that a few years ago - a couple of times, where they filmed it like a reporter's-eye view of what was going on. Very clever, and it worked really well, especially when they followed the two grunt-level engineers for an episode

Oh, that's cool, I'd like to watch Babylon 5 and was actually recommended the show by someone here on Hive, I went looking for it on the streaming services but sadly it isn't on any of them, I'll find a way to watch it though.

I love sci-fi, so I know it would be right up my street. I prefer science fiction that is far removed from Earth and humanity though, even though I like a lot of things that centres around humanity in the far-flung future. I've just always liked the Star Wars approach, a galaxy far far away.

It comes around quite regularly on some of the satellite channels, and you might be able to find it on YouTube or somewhere. Even though it was made in the early 90's it has stood the test of time quite well, I think because it relies more on good storylines, an amazing cast of talented actors, and a really deep lore background.

It's probably the most under-rated sci-fi series ever, I reckon you'd thoroughly enjoy it. It's a shame the authors didn't get to develop the universe further when some of the spin-offs were cancelled early.

The first two seasons are a little rough these days... but I agree, B5 was a solid show and definitely overall stands the test of time!
