Hi, my PC is very old. It used to be easier to access Telegram, but for the past month it's become very difficult. I was able to download Opera and log in, but my PC is on its last legs, so I hardly use it. It's very slow, and I don't dare use a VPN on my phone. I'm very careful with my phone because it's my only resource, and I'm afraid that I might download an app and damage something.
I hope the government unblocks Telegram soon.

I doubt they will soon, but I hope the new governance can change those kinds of things for the quicker development of the country.
I have a feeling that a deep clean of a laptop would be enough to make it way more capable. I mean, my laptop is like 13 years old and still going strong - mostly 😆

It depends... if it has very little memory usually does not help much cleaning... because apps just started being hungry for it.
That's true. But my 13 year old laptop have.. I think it's 16 GB ram. Was quite good back in the days. The standard back then wasn't very high, if I remember correctly
