It's December 24, 2030. A regular Christmas morning like any other year.

You wake up early and try not to make a lot of noise and get dressed while your wife, three kids and two dogs are asleep - understandably, the pup can't even hear you, but surprisingly the OG dog who always wakes up at the minimal noise is still with Morpheus.

You manage to go down the stairs and get a quick bite before heading out, after all, it's your duty as a man to go get all the last minute grocery items the wife needs to cook dinner today.

Shit, you forgot the car keys.

Up the stairs again, into the room. There they are, right in your nightstand. As you walk across the room, your wife starts to wake up, notices what you are dressed and ready, so she infers you're heading to the store to buy some groceries so, she tells you half asleep, half awake...

Don't forget to buy the dip

Or for those who don't get acronyms: Crypto Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

After all, when the price crashes and BTC dumps, you HAVE to buy the dip. But those three words represent so much REKT over the years that even after years and years, it still reminds you of harder, rekter times.

Shit man, those who are into crypto will understand perfectly what this means and represents. I don't think we'll ever recover from this disorder, and in a few years when we are all rich and famous - ok maybe not famous - and without any worries, there are terms, words and phrases that will haunt us till we are belly up and gone to glory.

I've been in the cryptosphere since 2017, but some of you have been around since early 2010, but even those who are only invested on Hive and haven't been here for a long time, can also relate to the feeling.

I wasn't sure if I should include memes on this post, as I wanted to make it a little bit more serious and with more text, but I always stick to the rule of letting myself go and go with the flow of the post, so one thing led to another and, here are a lot of memes that only those who have suffered with crypto will understand, and some of them will put salt in the injury...

...so scroll at your own risk.

But you see, in order to enjoy these memes and to actually find them funny, we had to go through many, many, many bad times and we had to endure bad seasons - which were definitely more than the good ones, even though the good ones makes it worth it to hodl and stay involved in crypto.

I know for sure that I've sustained many losses as well as generated a lot of profit in crypto, and anyone who has profited, knows perfectly what Buy the Dip triggers.

Even if its just your wife reminding you to get chip sauce or salad dressing.
