Which "constitution?" Given that in 1871, the original was ditched, and a for-profit corp(se)oration was put in its place, We might assume that it is the corporate "constitution..." And the "duties of office" are what the owners want.

I just stand sovereign on Ethical ground.  Under the three Laws of Ethics ONLY.  I do not consent to the psychopathic legal/governmafia mess in the least.

If I don't have the authority to write my rules down and force them onto you, and you don't have the authority to write your rules down and force them onto others, and neither of us can delegate an authority we don't have, where do the cops get their authority?
