!LOL, that is what makes you the baah we know and love.

I think the swarm starts when more folks get a warm welcome by a crowd anticipating their success.
We have to set out our customs and incentivize conformity to them.
Our core influencers are still to insular for that to happen.
A problem that more users will solve.

Its more than a warm welcome. Those introduction posts aren't anything more than spam as far as I'm concerned. Its more forced and conformist nonsense that only devalues actual natural interactions. This is the internet, not the real world, and to bring the most mundane and worthless things from the real world into what is basically the escape from the real world and turn it into something akin to applying for a job, here's my resume, any questions?, its grotesque, not something which accurately says "this is where and when formalities and gesturing are least appreciated because they mean absolutely nothing, they add nothing and are the equivalent of real world small talk which one person never wants to engage in". When we let players discover for themselves and approach this place unencumbered by such trivialities then we will have more players who stick around, instead of leaving because they realize that " if everyone blogs about themselves, who actually cares about anyone else". Whether they realize or recognize the vapid, or they simply have a natural repulsion from it and say "this isn't for me", its all the same in the end, they make like a tree and leave.

Yeah, structures are meant to come down when their time is over.
It's a hard sell to folks that depend on the structure for their strength.
