IF you can convince the cop that the constitution works for you, it will keep the honest ones honest and expose those you should have already shot.
For instance, they have to prove your identity in court.
You have no obligation to provide them evidence.
The 5th amendment is clear.
When they persist in violating one's 5th amendment right not to be forced to provide testimony against oneself it's fruit of the poisoned tree.
Once the tree is poisoned, everything that comes after is laid at the feet of the poisoner.

But, if you don't know that to have a strategy in mind before being ambushed in the wild, your attempt at reason may fail.
Of course, we can fight like dogs, or discuss things like men.
But, tackling an armed thug a scared little bitch with a license to kill is generally ill advised.
In order to get from here to there, you have to use language that the sleeple can follow and 'validate' in their own minds.
More people support those bits of paper than care about freedom.
