Well, I wish I could get you a paper copy, but you'll have to look in your used bookstores, that is where I first found my copy.

Often I've found the first link taken down by the legal process.
However, for the last couple years it appears that the second resource has pushed the issue far enough that they have stopped taking the first resource down.

Either way, this chart is your ready reference to find the tone level of the people that you deal with.
Any below 2.0 are harder to deal with, but knowing what to do will help.

By following the techniques set forth in this book you will learn how to help people be much more pleasant.

There are many more books to help you polish your delivery of the technology, but this one book, if you read no others, is the one to start with.

If you are gonna read the entire publicly available books, then start with this one, it is more a technical manual that will fill in some blanks left by SOS.

The recommended reading order is from the beginning to the end so that the changes in the techniques are better understood, and no parts left out.

Each book should have the next one in line and the preceding works, too.
If you can find a hardcopy of them.

Otherwise, just use those base links to start at the beginning.
