So, I got a lead on how to install a theta edgenode on my linux mint box and have not succeeded, yet.

This step by step guide has not lived up to its promise.
It did execute as outlined, but when I got to the end I got the errors below.

I would think that theta would make a fool proof way to click one's way into operating an edgenode, but they just made a docker version available this year.

In the ama the tech guy said it is coming, but it is not here, yet.

I'm told that by staking to an elite edgenode you can earn twice as much staking rewards as staking theta, so I thought I would give it a try.
You need 10k tfuel, so if you want in, tfuel is currently on sale.

I should really start to read some coding material so I can help others with this rather than be in need of some.

If you don't know what theta is, it is a broadband expanding technology that lets you share your upload broadband with others cutting out the need for cdn's every 100 miles and 5g towers every 100 feet.
Theta is absolutely essential to ending the whirling wheels of death we keep getting when watching videos.
It is still early in their development, so getting in now is not too late.
