This is the intended design.
It is a psyop to see just what humans will do in this situation.
Will we continue to watch the powerful send the rewards to people that dump them?
Will this behavior continue until it drives everybody else from the game?
Will the little fish team up and force the big fish into a more sustainable pathway?
Will the minnows, dolphins, and orcas sit idly by as the whales consolidate even more power?
It's a conundrum all stakeholders face.
Maybe I am wrong.
Maybe those dumping everything they get don't hurt the rest of us enough to be consequential.
If that was the case, you'd think the people capable of pulling those numbers from hivesql would tag me in a post just to put it to rest.
But, not yet.
So, dear reader, which will it be for you?
Do you stand in support of us all?
Do you acquiesce to the status quo?
Are you prepared to have .3hbd shaved off every post and comment?
It beats 1hbd, I guess.
Seems a little inequitabe as I only pull ~.035hbd off some random, overrewarded anyway posts.
But, whatever, people gotta do what their inner voice tells them to do.

I stand by delivering the rewards pool equally as much as possible for quality contents.
We have to work towards a better distribution.
That means buying and powering up hive.
Holding what is given to us by the community.
Voting on content worthy of our support.
Just keep playing the game and the inflation will work it out for us.
We have a crab bucket, we need to use it to its full effect, imo.
I feel that user retention is a much more pressing issue than whale shenanigans, not that the later is to be ignored
Once people feel that they get fairly counted in the distribution we will no longer have a retention issue.
But, when buying in only means that the top continues to get the most, who does that?
A 1000mv hill is much easer to climb than a 23123mv hill.
Not many people looking to do what it takes to climb mount everest to stay in this game.
It doesn't pay them enough for their time.
Hence, our retention problems.
We gotta form a coalition or something. The whales can vote how they want but they do tend to support people who just dump the coins whenever they can. I've been holding for a long time, I've even purchased some Hive so hopefully more people do the same.
Yes, the only hope we have is to acquire more hive.
I don't like the idea of ganging up, better each acts as an individual having made a logical determination of their own best interests.
Some people are better off embracing the status quo.
We will know our success when it takes 1000 accounts to split the first 50% of rewards.
