It should be coming clear to you that you don't have all the data, perhaps you shouldn't act as if you do have all the data?
How many times have you taken 'authority' at face value, and then later, found out authority was manipulating you with false data to force a desired outcome?

I'm betting that a large, on exchange holder of liquid hive will have to dump during this mess, so I'm keeping hbd on the internal market looking for a dump, or a fat finger trade, to hit my buy price.
Then I power it up.
I think to convert some HBD to HIVE if the price of HIVE drops below $0.30, then power up.
Unless hbd is lower than 1usd, it is better to just purchase hive on the internal market than to convert.
Not all that much, generally, but if you want to maximize.
The math looks to me that I should have powered up 100% all along, except during times of high enough hbd demand to break the peg to the upside, and I would be ahead of what I have done up to now.
$0.34 seems like a good price. I think I'll pick up a few HIVE today and power up.
And here is .07hbd's worth to go with it.
The sooner it takes 1000 accounts to control the first 50% of rewards the sooner we actually become 'decentralized'.
