The irony here is that the U.S. Armed Forces doesn't take very good care of its veterans. Veterans have been known to have waited months to be seen at a Veteran's Administration hospital for serious ailments. It's absolutely insane how Federal dollars are being spent on the wrong things.
Every coin saved is a step towards dismantling those harmful narratives.
If I am ever "served," I will respond that I am happy to [do whatever They are trying to get Me to do] if They prove I am in Their jurisdiction.
I do not consent to the mess, ergo there is no proof. But I also am not creating controversy by refusing.
