Hello everyone, welcome you all to #hiveghana weekly prompt. This is my entry for this week.

In the life of most people, Alarm clock play a lot of crucial role, in such a way that hearing the sound of alarm clock can be source of their joy and happiness because of how it make them to wake-up so early, despite them staying up late in the night. But as for me, I found the sound of alarm so annoying, that sometimes I do compare the sound of alarm with flies sound, once I heard the sound of alarm I'm ready to strike.

Actually, I didn't just hate alarm clock because of it annoying sound but i also found it unpleasant to me and it has a lot of negative effect on my body and health as a whole. I always notice that whenever I wake up with alarm clock, it always causes high flow of stress hormones in my body, aside the stress which as a result of waking up from deep sleep, it also causes changes of moods and affect some hormones in my body. Also study after study have been carried out and prove that alarm clock is too dangerous to our health despite it popularity used.

I can remembered how i used to fall sick during my university day, mostly during examination time because of insufficient sleep and alarm sound. Alarm didn't only spoil our sleep but can as well affect our ultimate well being. most of the time Interrupting of sleep with alarm irritating noise can sometimes causes stress, anxious, depression and feeling irritated which can indirectly influence our heart or brain health. Insufficient sleep or excessive amount of poor sleeping can also be linked to factor that causes obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. Also waking up all of the sudden can causes higher blood pressure and increase of heart rate.

According to this question ask by #hiveghana on alarm, which say if my alarm could talk what would it be. Firstly, the alarm will feel bad toward me and said, I know you hate me, Please, Don't bother to used me, Before you hit something on my head again. Go and sleep your sleep in peace dear.

My advice to anyone reading this is to learn how to stop depending on alarm and let learn to sleep early and wake up early because our health is wealth.

It is quite funny, the alarm advised you that you should not hit it and sleep. Alarm are not always annoying, sometimes they helped us in following our schedule.

Yes, You're right they Helps us in following our schedule, but the unaware noises also have a negative impact on our body.
