As a newbie's on hive, which recently joined or start blogging on hive few month ago, there are somethings I learnt by myself after my first week on hive, when my post look somehow dull and not attracting to people. Which I didn't have anyone to tell me what to do, that I have to teach myself. Which I would like to share with us and I hope this might help other newbie's.

Firstly, Reading other people post and dropping comments on their post. By doing this I was able to learn from their post, whenever I finish reading their blog or post, I always sit down and compare it to how i used to write my blog, then I'll now look at one or two correction and make amendment in my next blog.

I really learned a lot from reading other people post, I learned what blogging is all about, how important is carry your audience along from the beginning of your blog, I gain more knowledge, and also discovered new words and I always gain a lot of motivation towards my new Post. Sometimes I'll drop comment, sometimes I'll not drop but dropping Comment on other people post is the best, it's always brings about new followers and creating awareness for others people to know my existence on Hive.Blog and this helps a lot.

Another thing is creation of quality post. Hive is like a ladder, the more you create quality post the more you became successful. My first week on Hive I taught is all about just writing but big NO. This platform is all about creating a quality post which contains the needs of the reader. A quality Blog or post must be creative, informative, engaging and relevant or helpfulness.

It's not compulsory you aim thousands words, you can make it short and very educative. And always keep your reader in mind whenever, you're creating a post, Don't make it to look too boring, Let your blog be problem solving blog to your reader and remember to used brilliant title and also clear pictures.

In addition, setting of goal is very important, without a plain set of goals, it's very easy to lose focus or give up. When i first started blogging, my first goal is to make at least one post per day and make quality post. This goal have always helped me to stay motivated and keep my passion of blogging on Hive alive.

Setting up a goal give you a sense of direction, it helps you to stay motivated and also help you to be more victorious and productive. I encourage every newbies to try and set up a goals for themselves and to work towards achieving them.

In conclusion, always knows that Rome was not built in a day i.e Great thing take time. So no matter how the beginning might look like, Don't give up. keep pushing, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks for your time on my post.

We share a similar story. I used to just drop my post and go my way. I wasn't concerned about commenting and relating with others. And apart from it affecting the posts output, I wasn't conversant with everything that happened. Many things were happening that were arrange to me.

In the days I decided to just try out a different approach, the results were different. I've gotten to know a handful of people. It's doesn't feel like am the odd one out. Whoever wants to get the best out of this space had to do more than the average.
