Unique Trait | Characters To Possess

I believe that everyone has there own unique trait, when we look around us, we observe that people are different in character and attitude. Some people are talkative while some are quiet, some are hardworking while some are lazy, some are used to be worry while some are seen to be happy, some characteristic also determine if someone is nice, intelligent or not intelligent. This different characteristics of a person are what will called personality trait. Personality trait is defined as different characters, quality, thought and behavior that someone possess or exhibit.

The three unique trait that I wish everyone in the world possess are integrity, compassion and creativity.

INTEGRITY: When we says a person his a man of integrity or she's a person of integrity, that means the person possess these following characteristics; honestly, trustworthiness, fairness, respectfulness, Understand, Friendly, Helps other people at all time, having
a strong moral code and living by it. Integrity is a characteristic that many of us value in ourselves and it's one we look for consistent in our leader. A leader with integrity is someone who can be trusted to do what is right even when no one is watching.

Integrity to me is staying true to yourself, even when you're facing with serious consequences for the choices that you're making. Imagine a world where everyone have integrity, a Company
and Organization was develop on the value of integrity, and a Leader who have integrity. Integrity can lead to increased success both emotionally, physically and professionally. Without integrity you're a living failure.

COMPASSION: Compassion arise once we are comfortable with ourselves enough to be able to feel another person pain and ready to help. Compassion is ability to put yourself in other person
shoe, and imagine things in their own perspective. Someone who's compassionate care about what you are thinking and listen when you are speaking. A compassionate person is when you feed the hungry, Compassion is providing for the needy or picking something up for a pregnant woman, or giving up your seat for the old or pregnant woman. Doing this willing for your own freewill not for the praise of fellow men but for you know it's right things to do.

A compassionate person isn't about being friendly or religious person, it's all about caring about other even at their worst. A truly compassionate people want nothing in return for the
deed and no recognition.

CREATIVE: Creative person are often know as Risk taker. A truly creative person posses many attributes such as Openness to new experience, Observance, Curiosity, Personal freedom, Willingness to take risk, Self reliance, Persistence, and The freedom from fear of failure. Creative person is someone who uses their imagination to create something new or to make changes to something that already exists.

Mostly because we have being thought that to be creative is bad, that there's only one way to do something, which is by going to school, graduated and look for job. However Nowadays, industries and companies are not enough to employ all the citizen, As a result of this a lot of people are unemployment but through creative many can be independently employed. For example, handicraft, painter and so on.

My advice to every parent, teacher and Grand parents is to train your children to think out of the box and to be creative. However I wish everyone around the can have all this 3 valuable trait,
creativity without compassion or integrity is nothing.
