A day of Ahsan Manzil with the thread of friendship.

Life is not just about work and routine. Sometimes, the heart yearns to get lost in nature, a little bit of history. And if the companion of that loss is a friend of life, then it is no problem. A few days ago, on a beautiful afternoon, we set out to visit the historic Ahsan Manzil near Dhaka. This tour was planned quite hastily, but in terms of experience, it was the best.

The first picture is a summary of our trip. My dear friend and I are standing right in front of Ahsan Manzil. Both of us are wearing the same color clothes, black T-shirts and light khaki pants. I have a cap on my head and my friend has sunglasses on his eyes. The beautiful pink palace behind us seems to be welcoming us. This picture taken standing on the stairs has a different beauty. There is a crowd of others just below the stairs, and we seem to have created a moment like our own even in that crowd.

The architecture of Ahsan Manzil is truly magnificent. Every brick of it speaks of history. We didn't just see it from the outside, we toured the entire museum. The lifestyle of the Nawabs, the furniture they used, the royal atmosphere all fascinated us. This peaceful atmosphere is like a new world beyond the hustle and bustle of old Dhaka.

As we wandered around, we came to the stairs at the back. The next two pictures were taken there. In the first picture, I am looking at my friend and saying something and he is listening very attentively. A deep friendship and understanding is working between us. The railing behind and the old lamppost are witnesses to our conversation. In the next picture, I see my friend smiling and I am looking ahead and thinking about something else. These moments are the real treasures of life.
