The unbelievable day the universe sent me a blessing amidst my hustle.

Indeed no two days are the same, everyday comes with their own drama, some days more dramatic than the other and some more quiet than the other. Some busier than the other and some days we are lazy and don’t want to do anything. In those type of lazy days, I wake up and ask myself. What I want to do that day and my answer is “do nothing”.

I’d laugh. Well, is it possible to wake up in a day and do nothing? I doubt, especially when you are the bread winner of yourself. You have to work and find what to eat at most even if you want to lazy away the day. Well, for someone that works from home and is a free lancer. It’s possible until
Sapa comes calling.

Some days are more productive than the others and some brings goodness than the others. Well, talk of goodness, yea and that’s just how I’d describe today. I woke up feeling excited and not at the same time. I had just listened to a friend of mine tell a tale of someone who had joined our real estate company and in months of putting in the work, she has made sales and is making so much money for herself while I had been procrastinating on pushing myself.

After hearing her story, I decided to join the push and this day we were suppose to follow her to the airport to see how she does her prospecting and marketing. So I woke up excited and in doubt at the same time. I don’t like marketing. I don’t know if anyone does but why sit at home and die of lack and poverty when I could push and the heavens will smile at me.

I got dressed in what seem to be a good apparel or so I thought and we headed to the airport. I had only been to the airport three times and this would be the fourth time but I had never gone to market any product before but here am I. Before I left the house, I cried and I prayed and decreed and asked God for His mercy and favour. God heard. Its was such a day.

We got talking to some persons and after a while, we rested a little and then I told the lady mentoring us that I want to go back to that place we were doing our marketing and get more contacts. I left them behind and my friend followed me. It wasn’t up to ten minutes of standing and waiting by for some people who were supposed to board flights pass that way that I saw a familiar face ascending the escalator.

I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was my ex boyfriend. The guy I dated over 10 years ago as a jambite. He was shocked on seeing me and he spread his arms for me. The way I flew into his hands was so fast. Hahaha. He carried me up and spinner me around. We were so excited to see each other. It’s been years and he was looking good.

My guy is now very rich and flew in to renew his Shanghai passport in Lagos and he was going back to the city where he was based. He’s married with kids. We spent few minutes talking as it was already time for his flight to leave. Then came the interesting part. He asked for my account number and sent me a hundred thousand Naira. I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was unbelievable.

The universe has sent me a blessing in my hustle. I was done for the day. I sent some money to the two ladies who were with me as I shared my testimony with them. I did not only get contacts for my business. I was reunited with a relationship I needed for my business at this time. That money he sent me was a miracle as it helped me solve so many needs. I got back home and knelt down and thanked God for a beautiful day, indeed, what an unbelievable day.
