Good day my people, you are welcome once more to my daily blog about my cleaning activities and how i was able to be one of those people that help in keeping our planet clean and conductive enough for people to live in, before i go on i want to talk about some things like investment that is a lasting one.

Investment is what one the best thing that one can make in this life and enjoy a long time benefits from its, infact even your children and generations will never forget the investment you left for them. One good thing about investing in land properties is that its always appreciate from year to year and you are also collecting your rent from year to year. Hotels is another investment that is generating a good revenue over the year because its has many ways of generating revenue for itself which involves booking of the halls,rooms,drinks,food,club, and many other things that will bring money to the owner no wonder its evreywhere around the locality. Going with the rapid development of the building hotels in many cities its will be hard for you to pass two streets without seeing one hotel. Apart from the revenue they generate everyday anytime that the owner decided to sale its, he\she will still sale its a greater rate than how they buy its. So its one of lucrative business if you have the resources.
