Are we aware that legal is founded in civil fiction, not true fact . The word 'legal' in its etymology means to collect.

I do know of Romely and his precepts. Do you yourself put faith in his concepts and beliefs
The bread and butter of his whole doctrine appears to be based upon upper or lower case wordings. I couldn't imaging telling another that truth is based upon as to whether they get their upper or lower case spellings correct .
This rational is just plain insanity(interesting is it not that those declared as insane are certified, holders of a certain certified certificate perhaps ?) and most assuredly errored. To put your faith in this mans direction will not result in a good outcome .
Birth certificate being a valuable security is an unlimited cheque, but you can't use it for that purpose. What's that telling you ?
It's not yours !! You can't use it for private gain, you get nothing, but you'll pay for its usage in the form of duties debt & obligations .
There is No mystical surname-less certificate that results in you holding higher legal standing which allows you to dictate course.
If you continue giving semblance ie, 'good' to this legal world then you've made your decision. There's on getting away from this.

It was never our responsibility to administrate the birth certificate, and therein lies the problem, nobody wants to let go they want to continue administrating .
In the eyes of your Creator you are now much more culpable because you comprehend you're willfully operating in deception, knowingly performing by consent in the fraud. Here there is no mistake on your part . Consent removes mistake, when the mistake is discovered it removes consent.
