If that clarity act passes there could be some fireworks, but if it doesn't then someone said it could be years before it gets another chance. Either way we have 2 years until the next halving and the BTC supply is being bought up by these new Bitcoin treasury companies.
Yes the Clarity Act is an important driver but it is delayed further.
