My wife does make some pretty good brownies with vanilla yogurt instead of the oil and egg, but we don't have them too often. They stay quite moist. I actually don't eat nearly as much beef as I used to.

It isn't impossible but then again. yogurt wouldn't be vegan now would it?
Ah yeah, good point. I guess I just wasn't wired to think in vegan!
