My Submarine Pitching Delivery ⚾️

These pictures were taken when we were in Southern Maryland. I ended up striking out 4 guys in 2 innings that day including one guy who hit 30 bombs in 100 games last season.

The odd thing was is that my submarine stuff wasn't really my payoff pitches. I was really getting the guys out with my over the top stuff. I change arm angles and keeps their timing screwed up.

The crazy thing is we have played them since 2021 and I have never faced them or taken an AB or played the field when we have been there because there is always so much going on and I'm trying to manage. This year we got seriously faked out on our pitching and 4 pitchers suddenly pussed out for day 2 so I end being forced to feast on the hitters myself.

The amount of scapular retraction in my delivery sort of surprised me in these pictures. Basically fully gull wing'd out!
