Proof of a Brain on the Ropes

The @buynburn account uses its precious HIVE rewards to buy and burn #hive-engine tokens. I like to buy and burn distressed coins.

#POB has been on the ropes of late. My guess is that a whale decided to liquidate its holdings.

Whales push up the value of a coin when they surface but they invariably push down the value when they submerge.

The current price of POB is 0.00131 HIVE (that's me with the bid for 88 POB).

I remember when POB traded for over a HIVE ... that was back when HIVE was trading at around $3.

My how we have fallen.

Anyhow, HIVE-Engine shows that POB has a supply of 12,319,753 coins which trade at $0.00007 creating a market capitalization of $862.

The POB liquidity pool has only $10.9 (38,058 POB & 93.869 HIVE). One problem with the liquidity pool structure is that the people who fund the pools are the first ones to pull their investment which means the pools fail when liquidity is most needed.

NOTE: I recently 8,000 POB into the pool. I now own 10% of the foolish pool.

POB was my favorite token on HIVE-Engine. I love the #proofofbrain concept. The idea was that people could mine tokens by proving they had a brain.

I think the proof-of-brain concept is even more valuable after the proliferation of AI. We need to create platforms where humans, not computers, rule the day.

I will now run off an burn a thousand POB. I will use the funds from this post to burn other HE coins.
