I don't always drink Coffee....but when i do...

I make sure i toss a spot of Cinnamon and make a post......

But of course, ive been here before. Its like Deja Vu. Same place, im at the lab, at work. Im a little tired, and i havent been consuming so much coffee.

Cinnamon with that??

Although, since its the right time, and i have the supplies here, i would like to make this coffee in the honor of Hive, to the good people here, who enjoy being active and contributing with their presence.

I haven't always been the strongest Hiver, but its been a while that ive been here. Since the Ol Steem days, which man, were quite a while back.

But yes, let me get the Cinnamon...

The Ingredients

Yes, let me get my 10 year old bottle of Cinnamon, lolol, no joke. Ive had it for a long time, i have only used it occasionally, and this will be 1 of those times again, where i shall use it.

As this cinnamon makes my foundation, next will be a layer of honey.

I have stated, that ive been mooching what i can, when i can...because in the grand scheme of things, i have a lot of ground to make up for. So growing my Hive account here over potentially the next few years is a must. And we hope that things go well...

But on to the next step...

Pour some water, and lets check out this same stuff i had last time. Good ol Nantucket Blend....

Its not the fancy stuff, far from, but ill take it.

And yes, the water hath poured, the honey/cinnamon/creamer mixture has mixed, and it awaits for me to drink it.

Coffee at the Lab

Yes, also i have a patient here thats quite severe. A heavier gentleman, nice guy, not much older than me actually, but my gosh. He can barely breathe properly while he is asleep.

This represents 2 minutes of time, and annotated here is basically crappy breathing episodes (Sleep Apnea) - about 4 episodes here. He awakened himself 4 times already in just the 2 minutes here, with bad drops in oxygen as well.

An easier night here anyways, despite this severe patient, i just have 1 patient and is why im able to make a coffee and a post.

Lesson and Moral Today

Lets mix it up like Honey and Cinnamon

Yeah I do have a friend who has this issue as well. I know he had stayed overnight at a hospital to do some tests.

Enjoy your meal, buddy. I just finished a cup of coffee. Mine didn't have cinnamon in it—I don't like cinnamon in my coffee :P Hope the patient feels better soon. Keep rockin'!

My go-to drink these days is Osmanthus Oolong tea with honey and a bit of ice... perfect for warm days (which is pretty much every day here in Southeast Asia, lol). The honey and coffee combo sounds like something I’d love to try soon!

I really enjoyed reading your blog and how you connected it to your work and Hive journey. ☕✨

You have some thoughtful comments my friend, appreciate it. Oolong is really tasty actually, I find it a very clean, refreshing tea, reminds me to buy some soon. Warm days there sound nice, with some tea, quite the atmosphere. Would love to make my way out that way one day, been dreaming of it, far from here in the u.s of course. Ttyl.

What a cute mug!

I never have honey with my coffee, but I do add a little ten-year-old cinnamon myself now and then; Christmas is coming and with the season, I crave cinnamon flavor and aroma. So I would definitely try thi sblend of yours.

Hope the patient gets better soon!

That sounds like an interesting combination. I don't think I have tried both honey and cinnamon together with coffee.
