Its a new season in dCrops, got my plants planted. Working on quests like a Rancher 🪴 🌱 🌿 🌾
I aint from Scranton, but these seeds ill be plantin. Just an update on dCrops, and showing some love for the digital farm. The new season just started a couple days ago, now we are in Fall. Which makes good sense because its basically Fall in real life too. A new set of Quests has been started and already have a few knocked out.
I got real lucky this time because i think there was only 1 quest that i re-rolled a couple times. The rest are pretty easy ones to get. Such as planting carrots, harvesting carrots, planting, and harvesting, so nothing too complicated. Luckily i already have a Raspberry since it was a mission to have a few legendaries when i started buying dCrops a couple months back.
The Raspberry is special because once planted, it will grow quick and can be harvested repeatedly until end of season. Unlike most others that can only be planted once, and harvested once.
The Hot Pepper is one of my newer ones from the new Beta pack, although is just an Epic card, not a legend. It too, can be harvested over and over until end of season.
The Farm
Playing on mobile of course, but i dont quite have enough plants to fill my last Fertile land. I have 2 green (average) land not being used either. Trouble is limited funds and plants arent particularly cheap. Well the commons are slightly cheap i guess, but i dont mind waiting for mystery seeds to help fill gaps. Although if im already short on plants this season, ill be pretty bare in 7 days as plants grow and get harvested. Might be a weak season in the ranking but it is what it is.

Its a slower pace for sure, but thats kind of ok. As per the course, seems to require some input to get it going strong. Time goes on it may pay itself off, but might take a while.

You've built up pretty nicely. I have way more land than I can ever fill. I was pretty obsessed with it early.

I think that makes sense. If you buy 2000 packs and get the bonus 400, the price per pack is actually $2.50. Then you hold onto a bunch of them for free hive aidrops and tons more free resources from those chests while you slowly sell them off for a 12% gain (or just open a bunch of free packs your profit paid for. If you bought them during the presale you also got the corn airdrop and you got them for $2.25. It pays to have lots of money to invest I guess.
Yeah, I'm doing good bro. A lot of my income has recently shifted over to writing SEO articles for various companies. Pays pretty well but its exhausting. I hear you on the resources. I'm trying to get the kiln, furnace, and the saw mill done. Started on the Furnace but to do the kiln I need 15 more stone (25ish hive). Once that's done I'll be completely out of resources for the sawmill. Part of me is thinks it's cool that this will take some time. The other part just wants it now lol
