PGM to reward participants in challenge-fr

This is the beginning of the supplies of my @challenge-fr account in order to be able to reward the participants in the challenges that I will organize.

With a view to organizing challenges for the French-speaking community, I decided to acquire and stake several !Rewards tokens.

The PGM will be one of the tokens that I will use to reward by votes and by the !TIPS function in the comments.

In the case of the PGMs, I set the goal of accumulating them in order to be able to reward all the participants for an entire week.

I will start with 200 tokens by participating in the challenge organized by @zottone444 then gradually I will increase my stakes.
