People can definitely be a difficult group to deal with, particularly these days and when it comes to pets. Hopefully you don’t have many of the bad clients though!

Oooh you have no idea what kinda people I've been dealing with during my entire career.
I even had this customer that I can say, a Karen from hell. She was threatening to sue us, when we barely even did anything to her dog! Her dog came with a very poor fur condition, and all we did was only suggesting to shave it all off, but unexpectedly she threw a tantrum on us saying, "my husband is a doctor, I'm a nurse, my son is a lawyer, if you did anything harmful to my dog I will sue you!" 😅😆
I guess that's a story for another day, another blog. Lol with the title; "client from hell" 😅
