I don't think so. CL pack only has 300 airdrop point. If you open a pack, and get a legendary card, you have 500 airdrop point and you also can rent it out to get more DEC :)
You need to open at least 20 pack to find one legendary if your lucky, having said that I did get a GFL in less.
