Several years ago I hurt my back, about that time I discovered @actifit. This app encouraged me to keep putting 1 foot in front of the other.... So glad that you are here my friend! I want to encourage others, one of the main reasons I am here, take care enjoy the upcoming weekend!!!😀

Sad to hear that my friend. I can't put do walking as my legs ache due to diabetes. So I do bike in a stationary bike only so my legs can exercise. There are days I have difficulty getting up. I'm glad you dropped by my boring report. You have encourage me to get going somehow. Hope you can encourage more. Keep safe and happy weekend.
