Today was more or less another great day! Can’t complain. I am so sore all over for once which is lovely. This new bench has been brilliant, especially in comparison to my last one. I’m looking to purchase more hexagon dumbbells, quite expensive but I love lifting with them. Next on the buy list is two x 25KG’s.
I walked pre working out today also, football was on and I love to walk as I watch, it kills the time for me otherwise it drags heavily! Squeezed in 12K steps today, happy enough with that! Cheers take care!
