Forgiveness is the act letting go the wrong done to us by others.

It is important and beneficial when we let go. It restores peace to our hearts.

When we forgive others God also forgive us.

When we forgive the heavens are open to us granting us our petition through prayers.

Forgiveness leads to personal growth and more understanding on how to deal with some person's.
Forgiveness is beneficial for both your mental well-being and emotional well-being, regardless whether the person deserves it or not.

Must We Always Have To Forgive

Yes it is necessary that we must always forgive...

Here's a little story to on how forgiveness restores health.

My friend's mom was in so much pain and the doctors said she could loose her hands through surgery.

We were raising money for the surgery then a painful growth (lump) develop in her neck and this was a big hindrance to her sleeping, eating and even breathing well.

The lump was removed the next week while waiting for the major surgery to take place next month.

The surgery has been shifted for three times based on one reason to another. It was then scheduled to hold on Thursday. Thursday of that week came and the test results shows that blood was not pumping from one side of her heart so they can't proceed with the surgery.

My friend told her mom God didn't want this surgery because she may not come alive that she has to forgive the two persons that have hurt her deeply.

We shared scriptures on forgiveness and the damages of unforgiveness with her.

Two weeks later she decided by the help of the Holy Spirit to forgive those people. She reached out to them after many years.

Gradually she started regaining her health. She was able to do the things she couldn't do before.

To be sure, we went to the hospital to run a test and it was confirmed that she's fine and no need for surgery.

That was how God saved my friend's mom from death.

Unforgiveness is bitter and it's like taking poison and hoping it will kill your enemy.

We should learn to forgive people even before they hurt us.

To err is human, To Forgive is divine.
