The world is a wild place.
I have seen numerous cases when people get victimized for being generous and there are times when those in the position to help will refuse to. Humans are just difficult to understand.

Yes, we are in a wild world as you said, and sometimes we really dontknow how people really are, so it's hard to be a good Samaritan.
