I heard that in Germany, there are people that help you to become gainfully employed and that the corporate big shots there actually care about the people in that nation. Even if someone doesn't have a college education and they have bad knees, they will help that person train for a forklift job and pay them a good salary. However, here in the United States, employers look for every reason not to hire someone; and when they do hire them, they try to give them slave wages instead of livable wages. Why is that? What has happened to the United States? It has become like a hierarchy that benefits the privileged few.
