Traffic jams on busy roads and some afternoon talk

I left home in the afternoon to find some relief from the daily boredom. I thought I would walk for some time in a quiet environment and improve my mood. But as soon as I stepped onto the road, another reality flashed before my eyes. Standing under the huge flyover above my head, I saw that the entire road was completely at a standstill.
The long queues of buses and autorickshaws rushing around and the traffic jams created an extreme chaos. Public transport like Ajmeri Glory and Basushree are stopped in the middle of the road. CNG and autorickshaws are trying to move forward a little by finding gaps, but the traffic jam is getting tighter. This is a familiar picture of the city that adds to the stress of our daily lives.

Pedestrians are walking towards their destinations on both sides of the road. Some have a look of fatigue on their faces, while others are in a hurry to return home after work. A small crowd of people could also be seen around the hawkers and the tong shops. Standing under the shadow of the huge skeleton of the flyover, I felt very small amidst the surrounding noise and dust.
While this busyness of city life keeps us active, on the other hand, this long traffic jam makes it difficult for people to walk every day. Although the plan to enjoy the calm afternoon air was put on hold, it was an opportunity to see this dynamic and difficult form of the city up close. Seeing such noise and fatigue around, it seemed that a cup of hot tea might have reduced the fatigue to some extent. So, without going further, I sipped a cup of tea from a small shop on the side of the road and started my way home.
