Assalamu Alaikum friends how are you all I hope you all are well today I will share an activity post with you how much I walked throughout the day today so through activity apps you can understand how much physical exercise I did throughout the day and how much I walked around I am always busy with housework due to which I have to walk a little more and today I went to different places today you can understand through my activity post how much I walked around today I always try to do physical exercise. To do physical exercise I go out for a while in the afternoon.
