THE RISK OF DECISION MAKING....

This is my first official entry in this beautiful community since we enter the new year. Let me use this platform to wish everyone a happy new year. It's my prayer that this year it will be memorable and remarkable in all facets.

I want to equally appreciate the entire management for their efforts in ensuring that the community strives despite the challenges that cut across other block chains. My salute goes to other participants for their efforts in sustaining this community.

This theme is quite amazing and interesting that I would like to share. The main focus of the theme is on risk that one took in the course of last year 2025. One of the outstanding things about life is how one takes risks. In fact I would like to categorically say that risk is an essential ingredient of life which one must take. There is nothing you would do in this life that doesn't involve risk. Not to take a risk is even a risk on its own.

There are varied risks that one took last year that I find it difficult to even figure the one that stood out. I would try my best for the purpose of this prompt. There is no risk that is superior to the other. Your level of growth in life will determine the kind of risk you will take at that moment. Every stage in life comes with its own risks. There is no one that becomes great without taking risks. The more risk you take the better and great you become. Achievers are good risks takers. You can't unleash your potential without any risk because you must break through the boundaries of fear.

There were lots of decisions that I took without considering any physical factors or logic. In the Christian folk we don't call it mostly risk but rather faith. Beginning from the middle till the end of the year, I was able to make critical decisions for my life and family.

I'm blessed with three powerful children. My wife was just about two to three months old after the birth of our third child. There was need for me to travel out of the town for one full week. A lot of questions started resonating in my spirit. Who would stay to help my wife with the chores? My mother is aged and can't offer any assistance. Her mother isn't well hmmmm who would stay with her to take care of the baby? We prayed and finally agreed for me to embark on the journey. I went and returned in SAFETY.

I have a neighbor and friend that doesn't allow his children to even step outside the gate talk more of the wife or himself carry them for any journey. For me this was a great risk of decision making to travel for such long period of time. Many people still struggle today and find it very difficult to release their wives or leave their kids and travel.

Risk doesn't kill instead it purifies and strengthens one to do more. Don't be afraid. Step out and take that risk today.
