Hallo Sportfreunde.

So rosig wie an diesem Baum sah mein Training gestern nicht aus.
Irgendwie habe ich mein Handgelenk ziemlich verrammelt und heftige Schmerzen waren die Folge.

Aber eine Pause wird auch den Muskeln gut tun.
Es ist verregnet und trübe bei uns.
Startet gut in den Tag und bleibt gesund und fit.
