Hallo Sportfreunde.

Ab Heute also wieder eine Steigerung bei meinen Liegestützen.
Ich kann aber nicht sagen, dass sie mir sympathischer geworden sind.
Es ist echt anstrengend und nach 10 Wiederholungen sitzt Murphy bereits auf meinem Rücken und fragt wieso ich das mache 😂😂😂
Aber ich gebe nicht auf.
Mindestens 10 Sätze mit je 25 Wiederholungen sind nunmehr Pflicht.
Mal sehen, ob ich das schaffe.

Startet gut in den Tag und bleibt gesund und fit.
