Mein Actifit-Bericht: Mai 30 2025

Hallo Sportfreunde.

Irgendwie sind nicht alle Tage gleich.
Gestern musste ich mein zusätzliches Liegestütz-Training nach 8 Sätzen abbrechen.☹️☹️☹️
Mental hat es einfach nicht geklappt weiter zu machen und bis zum Ende durchzuhalten.
Außerdem brauche ich dafür auch noch zu viel Zeit die ich nicht immer habe.
Dann muss ich überlegen was wichtiger ist.
Natürlich geht die Gesundheit immer vor, aber das interessiert das RL überhaupt nicht.
Murphy ist mit seinem Schweinehund irgendwie immer überall 😂😂😂😉
Dafür ist jetzt das Wochenende da und Zeit zum Entspannen.

Startet gut in den Tag und bleibt gesund und fit.
